I purchased a phone on EBay from this company. It was listed and detailed as a multi-line phone with four handsets. Even the checkout page was consistent. But when the receipt came up it showed a single line phone with multiple handsets.

Almost immediately after I posted my remarks on this site, Global Phoenix Computer T&S contacted me and offered to refund my money. And they are sending a reply label for my postage. The company is doing this for me, even though it appears that the error was mine!

In our auction description on this product, there were 4 places where we clearly stated that this phone is "Single line phone"! The auction link is available at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140252723777 We don't understand why this customer file this wrong claim, especially we never received any contact from her regarding this issue.
