I was contacted about a debt that was paid off in May of 2012. Amber Jones refused to give me an address of the firm in order for me to send the information about the debt being paid off. I did not have access to a FAX machine. This company is not listed on the internet. I have been contacted by an different agency each year since the debt was paid off claiming I still owe it. This account evidently is being sold to different agencies to collect even though it is paid. Each time I am called I am forced to provide the same information by FAX to these companies.
