Everything said here is a giant lie.  Globalwatchbrokers.com was NEVER a BBB accredited company and currently they have a D- rating with the BBB.  It's free to check on-line. They say they are filing bankruptcy now. They say they are the 'victim' of fraud and therefore their customers got stiffed.  BS-they had the fiduciary duty to pay for the watches they sold no matter what.  Their failure to insure or otherwise protect and mitigate against such losses makes them guilty of fraud. They are a fraudulent company and I am currently in the midst of filing a suit against them.  I am also attempting to get them arraigned by the State of Georgia for fraud.  I won't be happy until I see these guys behind bars.

I hate scammers as well. I am also an owner of GlobalWatchBrokers.com and you are wrong on everything you mentioned. Although, myself and one other owner, worked briefly for 'watch brokers' before they ran into issues with clients, you can clearly see by the dates pertaining to when we started our business and when they started having serious problems with clients we left well before. We left as soon as we saw the first couple of clients having problems and because we were only employees we could not change that company... we did not own it. Instead we decided to quite and start a company that does business right.

We help many people pay bills they otherwise would not be able to, add luxury timepieces to watch connoisseurs collections, and I have heard countless stories of how we were the difference between someone getting by or not do to their economic situation at the time. We have many clients who can, would and do testify to this truth. You have clearly never conducted business with us as you infer in your report. Your experience, had you or should you ever decide to use our services, would be very satisfying as our clients willing state in our testimonials and elsewhere on the internet.

1. GlobalWatchBrokers is not the same company as 'watchbrokers'. We are a BBB accredited company and as we all know you cannot obtain that status by scamming clients. Just because the names are similar in having the term watch broker does not make us the same company. If someones name is Bob and they commit a crime is every Bob liable? Of course not. In fact from my knowledge 'watch brokers' does not exist anymore as of last year and do not have a website anymore for you to make a comparison. 

2. You did not contact us at 800-201-5080. I know this because we have heard enough horror stories about 'watch brokers' so no one here would ever say we are, or were, the same company. You might have asked if we ARE watch brokers as in do we broker watches, the answer is obviously yes. Not that we are the same company.

I know of doctors with MD behind their names, some good others not so good. The ones that are good cannot be blamed for the actions of the doctors that are bad... correct???

3. We do not share the same address, we do not share the same contact number, we do not share anything. We have a long history of paying ALL of our clients as evident by our stellar record with the BBB and with the other prestigious organizations we are members of. How can you obtain a reputation like ours if you do what the previous company did to people??? The answer is you can not.

4. Our website is black and from my understanding the web site for 'watch brokers' is white and says contact the lawyer handling cases if you are a victim. Prior to that their site was blue and white. We have a scroll bar and flashing pictures of watches which I'm sure they did not have. We have a blog page which I hear they did not have. So you are again wrong that the sites are the same. How can you claim the sites to be the same if you just sought information about watch brokering and they dont have a site in existence for you to make a comparison??? Clearly you either had a problem with that company in the past or you are competition trying to tarnish our reputation. Either way you are wrong.

It is unfortunate a police for the internet does not exist. People, whether be competition looking to damage a reputation intentionally or someone who just does not have their facts straight are allowed to post anything.

GlobalWatchBrokers.com is an accredited company with the BBB and members of the AWCI, IWJG, and NAWCC of which the company 'watchbrokers' was and is not. There is no lawsuit against GlobalWatchBrokers.com and the state is not against us which is the case with 'watchbrokers.'

We do right by every client. Next time please conduct a thorough investigation of your facts.
