Gloss Motive CBD Oil Scam charges credit card twice for product never received Las Vegas Nevada
*Consumer Comment: Cbd oil
*Author of original report: Didn't receive Pure CBD Tincture
*Consumer Comment: Gloss Motive rebuttal to rip off scam
I ordered a free bottle of CBD oil on Christmas day and was only required to pay for shipping of 5.95. My cc was charged on 1/4 $69.95 and then again on 1/24 the same amount. I did not authorize these charges and have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I also canceled my cc because I don't trust them not to sell the number or keep charging fake charges. I never received the product they are charging for. Did not try to contact them but instead went right to the bank.

Didn't receive Pure CBD Tincture

I didn't receive the CBD Tincture. Instead, I received a bottle of softgels with only 5mg of CBD. It was not "oil" it was pills which is not what I ordered. I knew how to administer the oil but not a pill. I have only received softgels not any bottle of oil like they show in the picture. It is a rip-off because it's not the product I ordered. I'm not paying for it.

Gloss Motive rebuttal to rip off scam

I also responded to an ad from Gloss Motive for pure tincture CBD oil. I did receive my product, I was not ripped off in any way. It did, however take a while to get here, I would say almost a month, but I did receive my order. You have to read the fine print on the ad, which does explain that you will be charged if you want the bottle, ( you have to buy one to get one free). Also if you do not respond back they will automatically send shipments to you every month.
