I answered an online advertisement from Glow.xom for a free trial offer for shampoo and conditioner. The advertisement did not mention you would be billed after 30 days until I received the shipment in the mail. The product was supposedly shipped out on July 30, 2009 but I did not receive in the mail until August 11, 2009. The billing insert stated that the free trial had started on July 30, 2009. Now I must pay for shipping charges to return the product before August 29, 2009 or be billed $98.50. This is real consumer fraud in my opinion.
