GM FINANCIAL/AMERCREDIT I called Americredit and explained to them the reason why I could not make payments. I told them I was waiting on a hearing from social security but I did not know when that was going to take place. Arlington, Texas

I called AmeriCredit and explained to them why I could not make payments on the car. I
have been with this company ever since 2005 and paid on time, how could they do
this to me? I explained to them that Iwas waiting on a hearing from social security but I did not know when it was going to take place. These people did not send any repossession papers saying
anything about coming to get the car or nothing. My friend's belongings were
left in the car and I need them back. The car belongs to the AmeriCredit which
now under a new name called GM Financial, but not the items in the car. I want
my friend's items back and you can have the car. But if I get the money I want
my car back.

You told them you had NO ABILITY to pay. What do you expect them to do? If you were so concerned about your friend, then you should have removed those items when you told them you were not going to pay. They don't need to alert you in advance of a repo either. No...I don't work for them!
