*UPDATE Employee: Rebuttal
*Consumer Comment: you a half right as to the notice its 15 days to inform you that your servicer will change
On 4-23-04 my mortgage and home was sold to Homecomings Financial Network,Inc. G.M.A.C. or Homecomings Financial neither one told me anything about either sale, or transfer. I had just received a notice regarding interest rate and /or payment change on 09-24-04 from G.M.A.C.. On 11-04-04 at 10:30 P.M.I was ser-vered with a summons to appear in court on 11-12-04 for evition. I thought that it was the law that your presnt lender had 10 days to notfie you of the change. I did not receive any type of notice about my home being sold . If would have I could of got-ton refinanced.

ok so you say they sold your mortgage and did not notify you of this change.
you a half right as to the notice its 15 days to inform you that your servicer will change read your contract they should have sent you a letter stating their intentions now this is what you do call the bastards up tell them that you do not want to be sold to gmac that you want to stay right where you are if they refuse tell them that they did not notify you of this change and that by law and or according to your contract they have to tell you that your mortgage is or was being sold and you have the right to say NO"""""
if you have to read it to them in their own words
heres what mine states
14 NOTICES any notice to the borrower provided for in this security insturment shall be given by delivering it to or by mailing it FIRST CLASS to the borrower the notice shall be directed to the property address or any other address that the borrower provides to the lender the lender has 15 day to notify the borrower of these or any other changes to this instrument so dwight if they state this in your contract (PLEASE READ IT OVER )AND THEY DIDNT DO THIS YOU GOT THEM BYE THE BALLS PS HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO HELP IF YOU DONT GET ANY RESULTS
