Before mobilizing as a member of the Army National Guard to deploy to Iraq, my wife faxed in orders etc to claim protection under the SSCRA. As a matter of fact she faxed them several times. While deployed, GMAC had my car repossessed and flattened 2 tires. When contacted they returned the car. I have since returned from Iraq and had my car repossessed AGAIN even though I am still protected for 90 days after my return. MILITARY FOLKS....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL
