My wife and I were ripoff by fraud and deception by a loan broker trying to make a quick dollar and left our lives ruined for life. We have seen our loan pass from servicer to servicer only wind up in foreclosure.
Fairbanks did a lot of wrong doings and somehow came up with us being $50,000 behind in late fees and penalites. They never gave us a chance to keep our home only to pay the $50,000 or they would foreclose. Fairbanks had agreed to sell the house back to us and we were approved for a loan to make it happen. The next thing we knew they were foreclosing on the house one week and next week they were selling the loan to GMAC.

You list this complaint using Accredited's name, yet in your complaint you do not label ANY wrongdoing by Accredited. I am curious to see if you have any grounds for including Accredited's name in this complaint and seeing if your reasons for including them prove valid. Or maybe you are just frustrated about your situation and lashing out at anyone you can regardless of their actions.
