Owner ripped me off for media related services rendered in June 2015. tried half a dozen times to get paid. he gave various excuses like he was sorry, he's going thru changes, he was traveling, the building is being remodeled. etc etc. finally in october 2015 he said my rates were too high and that he never intended to pay me from the beginning. i kept all our text conversations just incase. freelancers, or anyone for that matter, dont do any work for him. if you do then he pays you up front and take cash only!  BTW he doesnt answer the phone, can only text in broken english.
