Gary Ernest Melchiorre is at it again ripping off and scamming more people under his new name GMT Construction Services. This company does not put its contracts in writing nor pays taxes as a legitimate business. Gary Melchiorre charges extreme amounts for his remodels and the work is sub par at best. Some work may be okay however his company work will not pass inspection. He is a smooth talker and a manipulator and be warned he is a bad man to do business with. Take it from a man who used to work for him...
