I also purchased a free sample of ACAI from GNS. I called many many time to tell them that I was billed on my credid card for $79.90 on Jan.10. I never received any ACAI. They too gave me a very hard time, One person even hung up on me. They don't want to hear what you have to say , only you are stuck with it.
What does FREE mean? I paid $3.95 for the sample, it doesn"t say you are going to be billed for $79.00, and then receive nothing. I just wonder how many other people fell into this trap. Also the times I called they say someone will be right with you, that took I hour and 10 minutes to wait.

The offer you ordered from was never advertised as a free sample. A free sample would imply that there would be no further financial obligation for the product you ordered. The offer you ordered from was advertised as a 21-day free trial. We explain in the terms and conditions of this offer that if you find you are unsatisfied with your order to return the unused portion within the trial period and you are not billed. If you keep the products then you are billed $79.90 after the trial period ends. We do not advise our customers they are stuck with the charge if they did not receive their trial order and they were billed for products not received. We would offer to reship their order and extend the 30 day money back guarantee on the products we reship.
