DERMACARE Please try to be understanding I’m sure they have a lot of employees and they’re very busy taking care of their patients. From what I have read about Doctor Sergery I believe he is a very ethical physician as well as the other two and they have no intentions of doing anything that’s unethical or trying to cause you any grief regarding your W-2. Please be patient go into the office and ask in a very professional way when can you get it because you have to have it filed by April 15 from what I understand you still have time. You will always get more with sugar than you will with salt..
