I won a couple of trips for buying into a resort. Gave my deposit when I tried to book trips couldn't because the company emailed my info to someone eles's address. Went through for 3 months before they got it right. Now my plans are ruined because of their mistakes. This was suposed to be a gift to myself and my sister for our birthday. Thanks gocrv
