I ordered the 22",24",26",26" 10A mongolian hair for $570.00! I was expecting top grade hair, as in no shedding, double drawn, and no tangles.
Instead, i recieved straggled, tangled hair. When i took the hair out of the bag it was sticky and wreaked of processed hair. When i called the lady she promised it was only washed and good quality hair.
It was not wefted professionally and i didnt even get the lengths i ordered. Horrible hair, horrible service, and money wasted. Hair also came an entire week late!

Come on! You know your website said no refund. Stop it! I have never filed a complaint in my life about anyone but you guys have done me wrong. I would hate for someone else to go through the same thing I did. Please upgrade your hair to the quality you describe.

You better believe the complaints that are left here and I have no clue where she ( Lorna) keeps getting these pictures from but that is not the hair that she sales nor does she offer refunds we explicitedly asked for a refund and was ignored. The hair is just as the other buyer described full of chemicals, processed, shedding and unable to be used but top dollar charged! Save your money it is a scam! Just FYI the BBB name of this company is Blacklae Imports and they use to be under the URL: www.blacklaceimports.com wonder why they changed their name?????

You were expecting relax textures , You should keep buying Brazilian, Malaysian or Peruvian body wave, As we can see you were upset about something else entirely, Since you were soooooo unhappy why didnt you return the products? We are one of the few companies that go above and beyond for any client until they are happy and certainly would have worked with you in your favor. I regret you felt that way and didnt feel you could have simply return the hair and get your money back, your report is vindictive, sadly our new clients have to veiw such report...
