I wish that I had done more research before I contacted them to represent me in an automobile wreck. They hurriedly took my case and sent paperwork for my signature. Accident happened in June which was no fault of mine. A car slammed into another car which lost control and slammed into me while I was on a side road waiting for the light to make a left turn. Police came and determined who was at fault, also several witnesses verified whose was at fault. The man who caused the accident said the party that he hit was at fault. Per Godsey Martin the party that slammed into me had no insurance (even though she produced insurance card) so the man that caused the accident was totally at fault. I went to therapy sessions and finished 2 months ago. My car has been parked undrivable since June, no one has been out to even look at my car and every time I finally get to speak to someone its the same thing, the guy at fault insurance company refused to pay for damages because he denies being at fault, they are sending it to litigation and will have someone call me. I waited and waited but no one called. I called and was transferred to this lady supposedly in litigation, guess what, she had to go and pull my file which apparently had been there untouched for a while. After looking at my file which stated that the party that was forced to slam into me had no insurance(I guess) she asked me to find out who her insurance company was, wow!!!  I finally asked too speak to Godsey or Martin but was told that neither one wss available but that I could speak to the "head" of paralegal, Bryan or someone who did a lot of fast talking and would never hestitate enough for me to say much. MY CAR HAS BEEN PARKED SINCE JUNE 26th UNDRIVABLE but they are not doing anything to get my car repaired. I told them that. I needed my car for transportation because my mother was sick out of town and that I have had to get a rental to go visit her (she has passed now) they never asked me to send any rental receipts after informing them of my situation, just said keep the receipts. These people are the most nonchalant shrug the shoulder people I have ever done business with. Looks like my car will be rust in the same spot for a few years. This is so ridiculous. Wish I had never heard if them. I hope that the state bar association do something with them seriously.
