Was interested in a $500 ad in the gymnasium at East View High over the scoreboard. I was contacted 3 times for my credit card number without a contract. I Asked over and over if I will I be the only realtor and I was told yes over and over again. I again asked for the contract, they wanted my credit card number. Finally they sent the contract after 5 days later. I read it and there was no exclusivity in the contract. When I asked they said we can not put it in writing but they promise there would only be me. I found out it was a scam after talking to the Georgetown Asst Principal. I blew it off and moved on.
I will never donate to Georgetown Athletics again.
Then I just found out, They don't even sell spots in the Gym. Just a media guide. Therefore, I am now filing a complaint. The whole 2 weeks of wasting my time. I have emails and texts, also voice mails.
