Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i am behind in my payments with this company but when i try to explain that i have no funds at this time
they come to my residence and harrass me that they need a payment and tell me i have to make payment
i dont mind the phone calls because i think that is normal for a company to do but when they come to
your household and harrass you there i dont think that is correct.i would like for this company to stop coming to my home
and harrassing me ty.

A Very Simple Solution...

Its called, "Pay Your Bills". When YOU failed to do what you promised to do in the first place, make on time payments, YOU turned on their collections machine. You say you have no money. How are you getting internet service to post this if you have no money? More importantly, if you have no money, then you go out and get some by getting a part time job or another full time job. Bottom line...its all a very simple problem to solve but wailing about the collections efforts you have caused is not part of the solution.
