I had parked at SF Safeway for 2 hours, and had been towed to be charged for $490. The city ordinance requires a certain limit on the charge, which is around $250-$320 at the most. They are illegally charging me extra, and the law requires reimbursement of 4 times the amount they had charged, me for this illicit activity.
