Golden State Auto Auction car not towed North Hills, California

I purchased 2 vehicles from this company and they took my wrecked vehicle in trade. On the day I purchased the vehicles they said they would send a tow truck to pick up the car. They never did. I called them and told them that they needed to come and get it and they said they would. They never did. I am now in receipt of a tow bill in the amount of $1,037.00 from a collection agency representing the party that towed the vehicle. I sent in the proper paperwork to DMV and Golden State Auto Auction has title to the towed vehicle. Am sending collection notice to them and we will see what happens next.
