Goldfields Legal and Andrew Cross Exploited by Andrew Cross, a Paralegal with Goldfields Legal Richmond Hill Ontario

This is a response to Daniel's latest rant which he posted on August 03, 2017. Firstly, all of your false allegations, defamatory comments about me my company and the blasphemy you've exhibited in regard to the Creator of the Universe are rejected and denied. Once again, you have made false assumptions about the companies and the people that you hoped to hurt. What was your come back to being banned from Odesk and Upwork after you tried to extort money out of me when you were paid in full? In this instance you haven't ultimately hurt anyone except yourself and your own soul. By holding on to what you perceive as a wrong that was done to you, you have kept all the hatred, bitterness, anger, revenge, jealousy and rage all to yourself and have not benefited at all. One need only take a look at your religious rants and false allegations that you have posted against other companies like Dansha Farms, Andrew Cannon and Factory Direct Auto to see that you are not currently in possession of your faculties and you are completely unstable in all that you do.

You can continue to unlawfully insult me and my business and call me a liar, thief, defamer or whatever it is that you've dreamed up in your time of torment, but ultimately realize this, I will never be dictated to by you. Why? It is because you are not God and so far you have been a disobedient servant to God. I will never buckle for fear that you or anyone for that matter has made false allegations against me or my company because as you well know, no weapon formed against me or anyone else that you attack shall prosper. It is not coincidence Mr. Andrew Cross and his business have vanished (have the courage to see for yourself, his business and his career are DEAD!), and any website associated with Cross's claim he "generated thousands in new clients specifically from this false report in Canada alone thanks to Rip Off Report." seems to have been slithly inflated.

The truth of the matter is, the man and his business were hacked and I went above and boyond the call of duty, for the glory of our Lord and Savior.

Because he lied, stole from my family and I then tried to smear one of God's servants, Andrew Cross is a cursed man, and so are those who place their trust in him.

To him who has an ear, let him hear.

The allegations contained in the report are at best inaccurate and a complete and utter fabrication.

This individual who's alias was Dan Jiles but has a real name of Daniel St. Pierre was never retained by Andrew Cross or Goldfields Legal but was contracted strictly through Odesk and paid in full through Odesk. The sum was I believe $10.oo.

This individual Daniel St Pierre was tracked by Odesk and I believe he had other aliases and has done this to other people who are clients of Odesk, he was accordinglingly banned for life from Odesk.

The email that I received from Odesk is set out below, but what I really want to say is a BIG thank you to Rip Off Report for the publicity that the report, although false, has given me and the firm.

I do not want the report removed as I generated thousands in new clients specifically from this false report in Canada alone thanks to Rip Off Report.

These new clients were shown the emails as outlined below along with other that Daniel St Pierre sent to me which were religious and deranged, and these new clients commented that when reading the report it didn't make sense and that only a dishonest reporter would anonymously label an unsubstantiated complaint like this.

These clients proceeded to write out retainer cheques in advance because they trusted me and the firm and they did not believe the report, although they found it entertaining.

A word of warning to anyone using a freelance contractor, be careful with your information and your passwords and make sure that Odesk or similar is the barrier between you and what could end up as a contractual disaster.
