ATTENTION EVERYONE! I'm here to inform you that Mike Cherwenka of GOLDMINE PROPERTIES, LLC and BEST BUY HOMES LLC. Is a verfied liar, and a real estate con-artis!
On November 20, 2017 Mike Cherwenka UNLAWFULLY purchased an Estate property, located at 686 Cedar Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30318, From Birdine Harris, the shady Executrix of the Estate of Johnny Burke Sr.
Birdine Harris "ALLEGED" that she had a Contract with BEST BUY HOMES, LLC for $60,000.00 but that was a lie. Birdine Harris sold this property to Mike Cherwenka for $46,269.97.
Then on December 1, 2017 Mike Cherwenka UNLAWFULLY resold this property to Hymraj Ramoutar, of PARADISE GOLD, LLC for $61,500.00 and $1,500.00 more than what Birdine Harris "ALLEGED" she had a $60,000.00 Contract with him for on October 20, 2017.
Mike Cherwenka! I'M FORMALLY REQUESTING that you respond back to me, in the manner you've been responding back to anyone else here. Who's exposed your FRAUDULENT real estate transactions, to the public.
My direct questions to you are as follows:
#1. DID YOU, OR DID YOU NOT SIGN A CONTRACT FOR $60,000.00 WITH BIRDINE HARRIS, FOR THE SALE OF 686 CEDAR AVENUE, ATLANTA, GA 30318 TO YOU?
#2. DID YOU, OR DID YOU NOT PAY BIRDINE HARRIS $46,269.97 ON NOVEMBER 20, 2017?
#3. WHY DID YOUR $60,000.00 CONTRACT WITH BIRDINE HARRIS FALL THROUGH, THAT YOU PAID HER $40,000.00 INSTEAD?
