Art Suskevich, Manager and Owner of Golf In Paradise Realty, Inc, Fort Myers, FL has failed to refund our security deposit of $750.00 in accordance with our lease agreement since April 2011 when we left a Cedar Hammocks Country Club Condo in excellent shape upon the conclusion of our second Feb/Mar seasonal lease because he said his funds are "frozen". In June, he said he would notify us and others in the same predicament. We have continued to leave voicemails with no return or action by Golf In Paradise Realty, Inc, Fort Myers, FL.
