Wellll there was NO day in court, oh he was in the area alright, this man with no money spent a pretty penny to file a defamation of charachter law suit  the day before his court date for a capias on driving on a suspended license. He now has another warrant for that since he was released on bond.  He was a no show in Davidson County, why because he has mutiple warrants for his arrest.  He was also a no show at the law suit he filed against a family member and by a person whose company he has fraudently tried to destroy.  He is a coward, a fraud a free loader and someone who costs God fearing tax payers money.  He tries to make anyone who opposes him ( meaning those who tried to help him and he stole from them) look the the villan.  What goes around come around and it's a matter of time......!

The subject of this report was not Miss Frazier,  but Dean Schoenewald, this is typical put the blame or guilt or some other poor person.  A physcological technic that Dean is quite good at using.  Try blaming another person to take the heat off of yourself.

I here you only pick on older people and dumb women and young kids. 

I say that you are a coward and a fraud and if you aren't then you need to contact the gentleman whose home you broke into and stole from.  If you aren't guilty why don't you contact him, come here to downtown Nashville and show your face.  But all of us who know you know you won't do that.

Sherry Frazier Baker of Hendersonville Tn is being investigated for both stalking Mr. Schoenewald, and comitting comunication harrasment against him. She has also recently made an e-mail blackmail attempt of Dean's girlfriend, threatning her with nude photos she says she has of her... Private investigators hired recently have already uncovered a taudry past for this con-women, including theft, credit card missuse, 3 DUI arrests, Identity theft, forged checks and other offences. Her obsession with Mr. Schoenewald has been well known for years, and is quite frankly scary to his family. She has been dismissed from two "historical society's" she actually helped found, for just this type and other insane conduct. She is described by people who know her as a pathalogical lier that should not be undererestimated based on her ability to con almost anyone. This is the type woman who we read about some day going off the deep end and hurting someone .  Beware of one Sherry Frazier-Baker. 

Well, we see two messages here on Ripoff Report regarding Dean Schoenewald, one crazier than the other..Note: If you're going to try and effect a persons reputation, use FACTS, and resist the urge to ad lib.
  Fact 1- Dean Schoenewald did not form EITHER of these companies. How did you get this simple fact wrong. There went your credibility. Next time, we suggest you request State documentation for legal filings such as Incorporation papers, I.E.N, Federal tax identification number, ect.  Do actual research, and get back to us here.
  Fact 2- While Dean is aWriter, though has chosen not to use a pseudonym. So here's my first two questions: Where did he use an alias, and when?  Tell us all!..Opps, just got caught making up a lie?...Sad.
  Fact 3- There has never been a single charge, or for that matter one individual who has claimed the organization for which he works has EVER defrauded anyone..NOT A SINGLE PERSON.  NOT A SINGLE CHARGE. WHY?
Fact 4--  you claim; "Mr Schoenewald is in criminal trouble in Tennessee"...LOL..Really?...Well then, tell us all, WHERE and for What?.You claimed this, so share this info....Very creative we admit, but baseless..Did your pathetic stalking and obsession with him lead you to this desperate condition?
