Goo Goo Car Wash of Americus Company Error caused my 2016 Truck to rear end another Vehicle while in Car Wash Tunnel on Car Wash Track. Americus Georgia

On 1/20/2018, My wife took our 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 to the GooGoo Car Wash in Americus, GA and was sitting in the vehicle minding her on business with her vehicle in Neutral, foot off the brake and hands off the wheel as instructed to do by the GooGoo staff. Her truck lunged forward while on the track and crashed into the SUV in front of her. Her truck rammed into the SUV TWICE and then Shoved the SUV completely through the Wash Tunnel and out of the wash on the far end. She reported it to the Assistant GooGoo Manager and he told her that it was not his problem and that she would just have to file on her Insurance. She called Police and had report written. The GooGoo Video was reviewed by the Police Officer and he stated in his report that the car in front of her jumped the track, making her truck run into the vehicle. Broke her headlight, scratched the bumper and hood. GooGoo finally said that they wanted her to take it to their preferred Body Shop , which she did. They gave an estimate and said that it would be about $1500.00 to repair. Again, this was their choice of shop. GooGoo said that they would not pay to get the truck repaired as it costs too much, in their opinion. I took it to two other shops and they both reviewed the photos and agreed that the GooGoo caused the damage.

GooGoo will not accept responsibility and will not give me the name of their Liability Insurance Company so that it can be filed with them.  I have spoken with Terry Normand, District Manager and he refuses to give me the Insurance Information.  I have spoken with his Manager, Travis and he will not give me the information.  I have even emailed the GooGoo Corporate Office with no results.  All I need is the Insurance Company name. They refuse to give me the information.
