I have never dealt with such an unprofessioanl bunch of people.  When you have to drive to the office because no one answers the phone only to find the office empty, you know something is amiss, I called multiple times but no one answers. I  sent multiple emails only to have a person they don't  have an idea of what is happening...don't waste your time.  Find a good law group.
