Good Will Industries, Goodwill is aiding the sale of counterfit items and selling items they purchase not donated Merced California

I purchased a guitar with a trademark name and after doing some research I found that it was a counterfeit guitar. I was told that they purchase them in bulk and re-sell them in all their goodwill stores. The guitar is priced as an origianal and sold as an origianal and I am told they are sold all over the nation. when i tried to get a refund i was told that i needed to talk to corporate.

I tried calling the police to have them stop selling the products to consumers and the merced police said that its up to the feds and the goodwill store to determine whether they want to sell those products. Its one thing to sell donated goods and be unaware that these products are counterfeit but quite another thing to purchase them and resell them as originals. Good will is a billion dollar industry and their message is that they are helping many, however, i have not heard of their support in my community and our store is slowing becoming a big lots with competing price. what happend to selling second hand donations to help community?

I would like some help to stop this billion dollar corporation from this huge fraud i beleive is being committed. How can a coroporation not know what they are buying? I believe a class action suit is necessary to stop them, but dont know how to go about it. thank you
