I recently bid on a pair of earrings within the Goodwill Auction site that weighed under two (2) grams, (picture of earrings on scale within listing). I checked the shipping and handling fees and they totaled $11.02. There has to be individual state consumer protection laws against these high fees. If readers agree, please assist in reporting and finding state-by-state consumer protection laws.
