Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County Goodwill takes the "no harrassment" approach and blames and punishes victim... NOT the ABUSER!! Internet

A friend of mine who is pregnant was recently verbally and violently threatened by a coworker. She went immediately to her supervisor and filed a complaint with the co-worker. She thought she was doing the professional thing. She refuses to go back t that location and requested an immediate transfer. However, Human Resources has been beating around the bush. Upon investigation 2 days later, the other girl who threatened her was approached with a write-up. When approached with the write up, she and other employees falsely accused the pregnant woman of threatening her. This resulted in the pregnant woman being suspended pending investigation. The director of loss and prevention contacted the pregnant woman and called her a liar because all of the statements said that she allegedly threatened this other employee. This woman who threatened her is falsely writing statements with other employees who happen to be her friends. She happens to be a convicted felon who recencytly got out of prison. The pregnant woman has been working there almost four years, the felon, a few months... long story short, this company falsely identifies themselves as a company who's mission statement is to "Improve the quality of life for people with barriers to employement through self sufficiency and work" and PORTRAYS themselves to hold a "zero tolerance" for harrassment. I believe this woman was discriminated against, because she is pregnant, and also racially discriminated against because she is of italian descent with a caucasian profile. Since WHEN WAS IT OK TO BLAME THE VICTIM AND PUNISH THAT PERSON?
