I have purchased three sets of goodyear tires with the promise of a rebate when using my goodyear credit card. I've not given any thought to the first two non return of the rebate...this third purchase of tires got me wandering about the first two and now a third. Is someone scamming the refunds for their own use? Is this a ploy to get you to buy tires with no rebate?

I am owed three rebates at $40.00 each.
