Yes they rip you off if you do everything they tell you properly you get back statements like, discrepency found so you credits that you have perchased for $7 each are not refunded. The best thing to do is contact the Federal Trades Commision and file a report. When they, FTC, gets enough of these they will shut them down. Other than that your prettymuch screwed. Please share this with as many others as you can find.
