I ORDERED AN ENGINE MOUNT KIT AND AVID RACING SHIFT LINKAGE B SERIES TO 88 TO 91 CIVIC HB. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY ORDER, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT IN 5 TO 10 DAYS. BUT, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING YET. SO, I TRIED CALLING THEM LIKE 3 TIMES AND THEY ONLY ANSWERED ONCE. WHEN I ASKED THEM IF THEY ALREADY SHIPPED MY ORDER TO HAWAII, THEY KEPT TELLIN' ME THAT I'LL GET IT IN 3 DAYS. THEY SAID THIS LIKE 4 TIMES. THEY EVEN POST A PICTURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK AND ACCORDING TO MY BANK THAT THE GOT JDM IS LIKE A GARAGE JUNKYARD. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S VERY UNRELIABLE!

The reason you did not receive the products in a timely manner was because your order was incomplete. We offer free shipping within continental USA, excluding Hawaii. Eventually the order was canceled and your card was never even charge.
Next time please order correctly, or simply call explaining that you live in Hawaii and need priority shipping.
