gotruewireless I have phone service through this company. i lost my phone and called to get another one. i was told i could get a new phone and because i had so much trouble getting any one to answer the phone for days at a time, I was told i could get a new phone for half price. i paid $37.15 for a new phone. They sent me an old scratched up phone. When I called them they said they only have old phones. oklahoma

I have phone service with truewireless, i lost my phone, i called and reported it. when i was finaly able to get in touch with someone on the phone. I was told since i had so much trouble getting a hold of someone i could get a new phone for half price. I ordered a new phone. When i got it , it was old and scratched up. I called truewireless and they said they do not have new phones. They said the warehouse sends the phones out and they have no control over what phone you get. They are getting money from the goverment for this phone service and they are ripping of people all the time. i paid for the phone over the phone. i have the bank statement for the transaction.
