Received a phone call on 11/28/04 from someone named Stacy Wright at Government Grant Processing Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. She said her company had received a cash grant to be awarded to me from the federal government. Went on to explain that for a small processing fee of $257, I would receive a federal grant of $8000 from the government, to be used as I liked.
She asked if I had a checking account and wanted my number. I didn't give her this and when I asked questions she was very evasive and kept changing the subject. She spoke in a heavy accent. She asked for my account number again and I hung up on her.
