I ordered buy one get one FREE and I expected to pay separate shipping, handling and taxes; but, when my debit card was debited $66.75 I thought I had better call the number posted on the transaction, 1/866-5331183. It was immediately answered by Brett who advised me that I was being charged for 2 of the buy one get one FREE pans. He instructed me to separate the bottom box (without the shipping label) and to return the box with the shipping label to the US Post Office, have the post office mark the box "Return to Sender" and advised that I would receive a reverse debit 5-10 days after they received the unwanted merchandise. I will let you know how that works out. Delivery date expected 11/16/11.
