- James will tell you the right answers but fails to deliver
- Shows up late or not at all without communicating
- Ceiling textured - very poor quality
- Promised to rescreen cage - never showed up
- Sold me a mold test for $300, never delivered. Will not respond to follow up.
- Left trash in the yard
- Left painting tarps
- Pool was full of paint scrapings despite a cover available
- Continuously upselling
James is likeable so he is good at telling you want you want to hear. His process is to upsell and to misquote the painting calculation to include pressure wash...and then charges $500 after the fact.
He is good at offering services and then not following through. He sold me a mold test and never gave me the results even after several texts and email. He responded once with a promise to produce the results but never showed up.
