GR Auto Gallery Jeffery Bowen sold me a vehicle with an invalid title in Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Detroit Michigan

This dealership specializing in classic cars sold me a vehicle, sight unseen, and had it transported to my location.  From Michigan to Texas.  The sale went easy - they wanted my money!  The transport was a nightmare - twice canceled and the salesman seemed disinterested in helping now that they had my money. Vehicle had significant disrepair that was not listed in the ad. Vehicle was sent without any paperwork, and it took two months to get them to send it to me. Then I found out the title then sent was invalid - not the most recent print - and was not usable for transfer. 

I have called 20+ times over a period of six months pleading for assistance and/or information.  They always have a story or reason and which seems to differ from the previous one.  The owner, Jeffery Bowen, is EXTREMELY rude and condescending and is annoyed with me as a customer for following up when they can't get it right or inform me when the status changes.  He likes to play the victim card as if he, as a car salesman, is so important and I am just a measly car buyer.  Do you know me, Jeff?  He "lawyered up" and shut down when I mentioned that at some point I would need to take legal action to protect my investment.  What's wrong, Jeff, can't handle the truth? 

We definitely recommend staying away from this dealer - it is very evident all over the internet with their poor reviews.  Wish we had done our research beforehand!  We are posting our experience everywhere, and have filed a case with the BBB.  If we can sway even one buyer away then we have done our job.
