Graham was fraudulent in his representation while selling my home. Unbeknown to me he had me sign a form allowing him to not advertise in the MLS for the 30 days and so he could bring his own buyer. Homes listed in the MLS bring multiple buyers and a bidding competition. He cost me thousands.
