Grand Hall USA, Inc. Eternal Tankless Waterheaters Did not honor warrantee Garland Texas

Upon calling the plumber who installed our Eternal tankless water heater, he told us that we are out of luck, inspite the fact that the product was still under the warrantee period. He indicated that Grand Hall (the parent company) moved to Canada where they are still operating and will not ship replacement parts to the US due to numdrous defects in their products.

I have spoken to several other plumbers who have said similar things and know that there are numerous victims of defective products and Grand Hall should be sued with a Class Action for skipping the country to avoid warrantee work and fixing their products.
