GRand Valley Hyundai........ in Grand Junction Colorado has Hired Breck Higgins as a sales Manager.... per the receptionist.... and they may be helping him hide from his child support obligation.
On March 14th 2012 Arizona DCSE sent an IWO to Grand Valley Hyundai. Grand Valley to date of this post has yet to sign the Acknowledgement form for the IWO or return calls to AZ DCSE as to why they have not honored the court order. If Grand Valley is Garnishing Breck the funds are not being sent to AZ DCSE.... hmmmm... could they be sending them elsewhere?.....
Now to be fair... Either they are unaware of the IWO as "someone" has been pulling them from the mail..... or they are simpling ignoring the order. NOW I would think they would not want to do that as it comes with legal sanctions...... and they could find themselves having to pay the child support obligation out of the dealership.
Breck is employeed with Grand Valley Hyundai as a sales manager not a consultant. His social secturity number pops up in the federal new hire database. Along with his current address in Grand Junction. Just wondering how ethical this dealership is...or are they getting underminded from within......
