 Jeez when are you people going to learn that EVERY business is in business TO MAKE MONEY!!!! Just as YOU would be if YOU owned and ran a business!!!! Its NOT THIER JOB to give a d**n about YOUR personal life. It IS their job to collect payments. Obviously YOU were a bit more then JUST a payment behind. Legal representation is a last resort. SO IF you had your paychecks tapped then its on YOU for not making the payment. What this tells ANYONE who reads your post is that YOU DIDNT BOTHER TO READ YOUR FINANCING CONTRACT!!! Its in the paperwork at what point THEY will take a legal remedy. As for the furniture YOU purchased it based on the budget YOU had and has NOTHING to do with WHERE its made. The furniture is going to have wear and tear as NOTHING stays perfect when YOU tend to use it everyday. So THAT damage is on YOU!!! At what point are YOU going to take ANY responsibility?? YOU used the furniture, YOU missed payments. HOW can YOU call ANYONE ELSE a ripoff since by your own admission YOU have poor credit!! Someone who has spent their life ducking bills!!! Get over it princess this is on YOU for the poor choices YOU have made in life. YOU cant call THEM a ripoff when YOU agreed to make payments and when YOU DONT they go after YOU.
