told me I would only pay $1.98 fee ,then charged me an unauthorized fee of $59.95 a week later. This is not what I agreed on. there was not to be any futher charges. Plus, I received nothing for my money, which was to be a disc in the mail & info on a list of grants available to me. I did not authorize the additional amount to be extracted from my account, and want it returned or I will /want to file charges of fraudulent money theft against them

You have to read the TERMS

I advise that you read the TERMS section of any site that you'll have to give you credit card number to, especially since you have to check a box saying that you agree to the terms & have read them. If you do read this section you'll see that Grant Funding club, like most other programs like these, are in fact not billing you fraudulently, just because you were unaware that you would be billed. It clearly states that within your 7 day trial period that monthly billings like these will continue.
One other step to take is to make sure that you can in fact reach a customer service agent with these types of organizations. Most of them will very quickly cancel your "membership" with no arguments. The only time to worry is when you can't reply to any emails or it is devoid of contact links, or the customer service number is disconnected.
I hope this helps, and again ALWAYS READ THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT!
