Grant Funding Search rip off offering $1.98 cd, then billing you 69.95 Henderson Nevada

I made pictures of the original page and the "receipt" when I placed my order. After reviewing them, I found no statement of the upcoming charges I would be incurring - not even in my "receipt". Later, after searching the entire site, I found the statement of upcoming charges in the "Terms" section of the website. Thankfully, after finding the information on this page and further research to my credit card, I was able to get the order stopped before the 7 days were up. (I am still awaiting confirmation that the 29.95 charge will be deleted as well).

In the course of my research on my credit card, I found the charging company to be "The Registration Network" - www.reg.net. I was able to email them and they sent me confirmation today that my "subscription" was cancelled (again, awaiting confirmation that the additional ICW/29.95 charge is being cancelled). They were prompt in responding to my request, as, actually, the Grant Funding Search was as well. (After reading all the problems other have had - I feel fortunate)

I believe I am a fortunate one who was able to find out the dirt before my seven days expired.

Just wanted to let anyone else know that contacting reg.net might be of help as well.

I understand the "terms" section has the information (regarding additional charges), but it is really dirty to have it no place else, including the receipt/order confirmation. I will definitely research all "terms" in any further online information.

Hopefully this will be of help to someone else.
