i sent off for a grant search cd for the price of 1.98 shipping and handling charge and was never told of additional charges. 4 weeks later a 69.95 chg appeared on my account from same company. cld 800 # they gave to my bank and insisted the charge be removed immediately and that any and all charges cease and decist before i have my lawyer get involved. also returned unopened disc to the company after making a copy of the envelope for it for myself
