That's exactly what I did -- TWICE, in fact -- I emailed the company to cancel my account. And guess what? I got another charge on my card!
Apparently I needed to go to easyhelpcenter.com to cancel my account. OK, fine, put THAT on your web site, instead of giving people false information so that you can get more money from them.
I have no problem with automatic billing, that's what I signed up for, but I *DID* cancel my account, as their web site instructed me, and STILL GOT BILLED. These people are scam-artists, pure and simple.
