Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Have been paying them for years even though I shut my website down. Thought I would keep the number for future use. An autodialer all going back to the same person or company keeps calling my number over and over. Grasshopper charges me for 400 minutes for a number I have never used or given outto anyone. This company callsoveand over and each call is 2.5 minutes. There has never been a message left on the number since I have had it. Just hang ups. Grasshopper says "too bad. Pay it". Iwould't doubt that they may use the autodialer themselves to runup bills. Do yourself a favor and use a different service.

After my horrible experience with the phone support, the e-mail staff did a much better job. They issued a one time credit (It wasn't actually a money problem) and explained what is going on. I gave them a solution so now it just depends if they implement it. But as of right now I am satisfied but will only keep my service if they can implement a fix.
