It doesn't matter how cheap they list something when they don't actully send the item to you.  Here are my problems with Gratefulbuys.com - Gratefulbuys eBay seller - Gratefulbuys Amazon Seller -

1. This seller claims to have items in-stock that they do not have

2. Once you purchase the item they provide fake tracking numbers

3. They will not make it easy for you to get your money back

4. They claim to be "authorized retailers" of Space Case products

Before purchasing from this store please consider ANY other option!

After receiving horrible service, if you can even call it service, from gratefulbuys I listed my review on eBay and Amazon.  Once review was completed I received an email from the owner Jay that included derogatory comments and a threat to come to my home address which was shared through eBay.

Since that email is too vulgar to list here is a copy of another email sent from Jay through Amazon marketplace

FROM JAY THE OWNER : Your item was shipped as stated. Unfortunately you don't have the ability to understand that there are variables which cause things do go differently than we expect. Because you don't have the maturity to deal with situations like an adult, you end up pouting like a big baby. I understand **** wants his toys; now! Ever heard the term you get more flies with honey than vinegar? Maybe there was an issue with your local carrier. Maybe the items were misrouted together. There are numerous reason why your packages may have not been delivered. It takes 21 postal days before the item can be considered lost and a claim filed. My offer to send another one immediately was a gesture of goodwill so you wouldn't have to wait, with the understanding that if the first one shows up we can trust you would let us know. Instead you want to be a big star and ward everyone to stay away. Bravo, more power to you. You'll see how far that gets you.
