gravity defyer shoes I wore my shoes for about 10 minutes and just before I was to leave, the left shoe started making a clicking noise in the heal. I had to remove the shoes and wear something else. the company will NOT Internet, California

I ordered new shoes. Tried them on. They fit but summer was not the season to wear them. Fall came and I put the shoes on to wear to work. After 10 minutes of walking on carpet in my home, the shoes make a clicking noise in the heel.

I contacted customer service and they said I could not return the shoes for a replacement. Now I am stuck with $100 shoes that I basically have not worn and cannot wear!!!

Terrible customer service. When I called on the phone, I was talking to someone in the Philippines. What good is a product you can't use and the company will not stand behind?
