He claims to be an investigator but has never been licensed or trained as one. He is skeptical of everything and states he only uses facts and doesn't believe in psychics. But then why did he put up a video called A Message From the Sky about a paranormal experience he got after his brother died? You can find that video on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzU9kd1A9aU.
If he only wants the facts, then he should state the facts and stop misleading people. He is a pompous, narcissistic jerk pretending to be an investigator with over 100,000 subscribers. He himself is a RIP OFF because he is deliberately misleading his followers to get money so that's why he deserves to be on RIP OFF REPORT.
Please, nobody pay him to investigate anything. He is not a real investigator and never has been.

While my channel on youtube is called Gray Hughes Investigates, the word Investigates does not imply in anyway that I am claiming to be a professional invesigator. You can read right here that https://www.youtube.com/@GrayHughesInvestigates/about I never claim to be a private investigator or ex law enforcement. I have created 3d animation used in court however and have the ability to rationally work through cases. I do NOT believe is psychic or spirit boxes being used in the true crime genre. I do believe that people have intuition and we all have those things that happene to us that we can't explain. Those are two different things. I don't know who the person is who wrote this but apparently they had their feelings hurt once as you can tell by the wording of the complaint. Thank you for your time.
