GRC / Loanpointusa my 400 dollar "loan" has blossomed into a 600 dollar payback without making a dent on the principle Nationwide

A number of months ago I needed a payday loan and got one from GRC for 400 dollars. I was told I would recieve an email stating repayment terms. I did not recieve any such email. When finally contacting GRC to initiate repayment, I was told to go to the website loanpointusa.com to start repayment. There is no repayment type of category on the loanpoinusa site.
My 400 dollar loan has turned into a 600 dollar payback and that's just in interest charges. My account gets debeted 120.00 every 2 weeks...when will the bleeding stop. There is no way to talk to any one who will help me set up payments. I would like some advise as to what to do next.
